EXCHANGE FOR A NEW ITEM
You can exchange your item for another size or item of equal or lesser value. For all US orders, we do not cover the shipping cost for exchange items, unless the style is faulty. We do not offer a refund for the difference in price of your exchange item.
If your request is urgent, we can ship your exchange item as soon as we see your return is in transit back to us. Ship through any USPS or local shipping carrier and email us the tracking information. Must be returned in original condition or it may be shipped back to you.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
At this time, we only accept returns for store credit. Returns must be in original condition with no signs of wear or tear. Please return items in the original clear polybag with style #. You may use the original or your own return packaging.
Store credit returns are processed within 1-5 business days of receiving your return package.
REFUND BACK TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD
All styles are inspected thoroughly prior to shipping. If in the unfortunate event that a style is damaged or faulty, you can choose to either exchange for a new item, store credit, or a full refund back to your original payment method.
Please email a picture of the faulty style for approval prior to returning. In this case, we cover all costs for shipping your return.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect back in your bank account balance.
Please note: International orders may be returned for a full refund; however, international customers are required to cover the return shipping cost.
We do not provide exchanges or store credit for international orders at this time.
Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
Be sure to include the return slip with your order number in your package.
Please take note of your own tracking information and receipt as we won't be able to track or monitor this for you. International return packages can take 4 weeks or more to reach our facility. We aim to process your return within about 5 business days of receiving the package.
